Joachim is born in austria 1963.

vienna’s filmacademy.
9 years as electrician and gaffer: over 500commercials, 18 features.
as a dop he has been shooting over 600 commercials and 3 features till now.

today’s credo of joachim:
“let’s design outstanding and stunning visuals to surprise the clients and the audience. let’s surprise with all tricks of the trade : moco, slomo, sfx, macro, underwater, shooting on skates, on skis, new or classic looks – no matter.
let’s create images, focused on a story’s plot and key message using film-, rythm-, lightning- and color psychology.
let’s create moments full of emotions whatever the story demands.
