Applicability

These terms and conditions of use (“User Terms“) apply to all visits to and use of this website, as well as to all information, recommendations and/or services provided to you on or through this website. By using our website you agree to the User Terms and conclusion of the contract for the provision of electronic services (regarding the provision of services by electronic means, within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means (Polish Official Journal of 2017, item 1279, as amended). The user can terminate at any time using the website. If the user leaves the website, the contract for the provision of electronic services is automatically terminated without necessity make additional statements.

These User Terms can at all times be changed or otherwise amended by Bites Ltd. The changed or amended User Terms enter into force at the moment of publication on this website.

Technical conditions

A technical condition enabling the use of the website is to have a computer or a mobile device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone with Internet access, and an installed Internet browser. Bites Ltd. is not responsible if the user’s device is not able to properly broadcast content.

Scope of services

The service provided through the website consists of the following:

a) the possibility to obtain information about directors, view talent profiles, use our custom browser,

b) the possibility to create director’s lists and send them to your email box,

c) making the above information available in such a way that the user who meets the technical

conditions specified in these User Terms, has access to it at a place and time of choice,

d) the possibility to use Recommendations form.

Access to the services is free of charge.

Information and Liability

Bites Ltd. shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of (or inability to use) the website, including damage caused by viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of information, unless such damage is the result of any willful misconduct or from gross negligence on the part of Bites Ltd. or its managing employees. Bites Ltd. shall further not be liable for damage resulting from the use of electronic means of communication, including – but not limited to – damage resulting from failure or delay in delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications and transmission of viruses.

Complaint procedure

Any malfunctions, problems and comments relating to the services provided via the website may be notified by the user via e-mail. A complaint may be lodged within 30 days following the date of the event concerned. A complaint may be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: info@directorroster.com. A complaint should contain at least the following: full name, e-mail or other correspondence address, circumstances justifying the complaint, as well as a specific request related to the complaint being submitted.

If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, Bites Ltd. shall, before considering the complaint, ask the sender to supplement the data and specify the scope of data to be supplemented. Bites Ltd. shall process the complaint within 30 days from the receipt of a correctly submitted complaint. In complicated cases, Bites Ltd. may extend this period to 60 days after prior notification to the complainant. The user shall be informed electronically about the manner of handling the complaint, to the e-mail address provided by the user. Bites Ltd. reserves the right to leave a complaint unprocessed if the complaint results from ignorance about the User Terms or the law.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These User Terms shall be exclusively governed by Polish law. All disputes arising in connection with these User Terms, including disputes concerning the existence and validity thereof, shall be submitted to the competent courts of Poland, unless binding statutory requirements specify otherwise.
