Emily Okuda-Overhoff is a London-based director and video artist. She graduated from New York University’s MA Documentary program in 2018. Her thesis film ‘AI’s Colours’, exploring the creative process of her grandmother’s dementia-stricken memory, was shortlisted for the International Student Creative Award in 2018. Upon graduation, she worked under Oscar-winning director Roger Ross Williams and subsequently multi-award-winning Creative Director Ferdinando Verderi. She has directed videos for Chanel, Hermes, and Prada. She holds a BA in French Language and Literature from King’s College London.
