Cassandra Niki

Cassandra Niki (b. 1989) is an Indonesian-American film director and photographer. She began her career as a writer in Jakarta before refining her craft in photography at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. There, she gained valuable experience working with a handful of creative agencies and tech companies.

Since relocating to Oslo in 2017, Cassandra has expanded her focus to include production design and film direction, primarily in advertising. Known for her keen eye for detail—whether capturing food, people, or intricate scenes—she brings dedication and a deep understanding of client needs to each project. Recently discovered by Flambert in 2023, Cassandra has ventured into tabletop directing, where her storytelling-driven approach and commitment to creative engagement continue to set her work apart.
